This policy explains what information Bazi Crown ("we", "us") collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We have tried to write it in plain language rather than legal jargon.
To create your reading we need:
We do not ask for your address, phone number, payment card, or government ID.
Solely to calculate your chart and deliver your reading. That is the whole purpose. We do not use your birth details for advertising, profiling, or any secondary purpose.
Your order record (name, email, birth details, and the reading we generated) is kept so we can support you if you lose your file or need it re-sent. We keep it for as long as needed for that purpose.
You can ask us to delete it at any time — see section 6.
A small number of service providers process data on our behalf, strictly to run the service:
Each of these providers is bound by their own data protection terms and processes data only on our instructions.
If you are in the EU, UK or Switzerland (GDPR / UK GDPR):
You have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict processing, object to processing, and receive a portable copy. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
If you are in California (CCPA/CPRA):
You have the right to know what we collect, to delete it, to correct it, and to opt out of any sale or sharing — we do neither, so there is nothing to opt out of.
To exercise any of these rights, email reading@bazicrown.com. We respond within 30 days. We will never charge you for exercising a privacy right.
Our calculator stores your last chart in your own browser (local storage) so that if you close the page and come back, your chart is still there. This data never leaves your device unless you submit the form.
We do not run advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics that identify you. Our payment provider (Gumroad) may set cookies during checkout — those are governed by their policy.
Our readings are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has submitted data, contact us and we will delete it.
Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored in access-controlled systems. No system is perfectly secure, but we keep the data we hold to the minimum needed to deliver your reading.
If we change this policy materially, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated policy.
